If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. The terms sin nature or original sin are not found in the bible and are terms derived by humans when looking at certain passages. You are driving in a high way so if lying is a sin then yes it is part of human nature and i am sure the same could be validated for lust. I believe in the concept of original sin inherited from adam, but something else happened when adam sinned.
